Humming bird nectar

Summer is here and it is getting hot. Our little humming birds need more nectar. Making them a natural nectar is the way to go. Please avoid the commercial red nectar that is sold everywhere. It is said that the red dye may be harmful to them. It is better to be safe than sorry. Instructions: Boil 4 cups of water Add 1 cup of organic fine cane sugar Let simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens a little Add 1 tbsp of orange blossom water Cool 30 minutes If you cannot find orange blossom water. Flea repellent

Fleas can be a problem. It is getting hot and they are everywhere. Fleas lay 60 eggs per day and multiply quickly. The majority of the fleas are in your pet’s bedding and the carpet. Trying natural repellents is the way to go. It will be best for your pets’ health and yours too. You must be aggressive to control and eliminate fleas. What to do: Fleas hate peppermint oil. 1.
