2 cups fresh baby spinach
3/4 cup cilantro loosely packed
½ cup parsley loosely packed
1 small avocado
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup filtered water
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric
a dash Himalayan salt
