Weight loss: Flat tummy water recipe

  • Let the mixture infuse overnight

      • will it still work though if i dont have ginger? i know at its best it should be all ingredients but i dont.have ginger shall it still do wonders without it this just this time. Next time ill use ginger

  5. My sister who’s a big girl has been drinking this for 3 months and she’s lost 21 kilos, she’s added walking 3-4 times a week with it also.
    She also says she still eats bad foods sometimes, even macca’s but not as much in one sitting as she would have previously.
    It encouraged my mom to try it and my mom has lost a kilo a week, 3 kilos so far. So tonight my friend and I decided to give it a shot. I’m relying on it because I’m going to Fiji in two months. So fingers crossed it works for me too.
    They told me that I should expect to go to the toilet a lot for the first week and some tummy aches and nausea, but after that, my energy levels should be higher and sugar cravings should stop and also that I won’t be as hungry. But anyway, everybody is different, I’m giving it a go, see what happens.
