  • Apple cider vinegar, known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple and has a pale to medium amber color. Unpasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which makes the vinegar look thicker and amber colored.
    ACV is used in salads, marinades and vinaigrettes. It is made by crushing apples and squeezing out the liquid. Bacteria and Yeast are added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, and the sugars are turned into alcohol.       Yes ACV is recommended for gastritis and to lower blood pressure. Please talk to your health practitioner before using it if you are taking medications. ACV can interfere with your meds.

    • Pour the vinager slowly onto ur scalp and work it into ur scalp. Let it sit on scalp for 20 minutes. Qash hair as normal. Do once a week until its gone
