  1. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and have done some reading on the benefits of both turmeric and cayenne pepper. I’ve spoken to 2 Dr and all they say is there is no scientific data to back it. I’ve included both spices in my daily diet but yet to see any change . What can I do.

  4. I’ve been taking Turmeric for my knees which have been injured, and it works wonderfully to keep them pain free.

  5. What do you mean by ” Drink three times a day for lunch or dinner.”? Are you saying that we should drink this tea in place of lunch or dinner, or during or before or after lunch or dinner? Perhaps it was a typo and you meant ‘before’ instead of just ‘for’.

    • You can drink instead of or with it. Make sure you have a regular dinner if you replace this tea for lunch and talk to a nutritionist or health practitioner before you start a new diet.
