Weight loss recipe: Apple cider vinegar and grapefruit fat flush

  • This weight loss recipe will not only help you get hydrated, but it will help you flush out toxins and lose weight fast.
  • It is made of organic and healthy ingredients such as apple cider vinegar, grapefruits, oranges and raw honey.
  • 1. Apple cider vinegar:
  • It aids with weight loss by regulating blood sugar levels. Insulin will not direct sugar to be stored as fat.
  • 2. Grapefruit juice:

  2. Does the ingredients need to be fresh? Would you essential oil drops work? I was told by a friend that it works the same, I’m just not sure how it works.

      You must talk to your doctor before staring this flush. Grapefruit interferes with some medications. We cannot tell you if you can take it. Hope this helps!

  9. I use pure grapefruit juice mixed with orange then the vinegar lovely drink til u add the vinegar don’t know how pple just drink vinegar sikos hahah also try 3ooml cranberry juice 2ooml water and sqeeze lemon

    Since the oranges aren’t in the recipe…. how much orange juice would go in a serving? Another cup like the grapefruit?
