  10. Hi Sophie,
Your site is very interesting and easy to follow. Would you be having suggestions to make oneself more active during pregnancy. I am 5 months pregnant with twins and I am tired now a days. My pressure and sugar is low too. I am just thinking of boosting myself with fruits and veggies. Any suggestions here..

    Thanks
    Nisha

While we can’t advise medically… we can give some tips:
Pregnancy can really rob you of energy, especially in the first and last trimesters. Regular exercise, such as brisk walking and swimming should help you to feel better.
Exercise strengthens your heart and lungs.

Get more sleep: Finding a comfortable position to sleep can be a real challenge. Exercise will help you get rid off any excess energy, tire you enough so you have a more restful sleep.

Do not drink water too late, to avoid waking up too much at night. (Even though you will more and more as you get to the second trimester)….

Yes! Eat fresh, eat organic, avoid refined sugars, sugary drinks and processed foods. Good luck!
